Lesson 1.03

Concepts of P.E.

"Do you know what my favorite part of the game is?
The opportunity to play."

-Mike Singletary

There are several core concepts of physical education.  Think of P.E. in two parts.

One is the physical element, which involves the body and how it moves.
The other is the education side, which is the knowledge and comprehension of movement, skills and function.

This module will measure your knowledge of these core physical education concepts.
